02 / Platform
thekatos replaces scattered messages with one campaign record both sides can read before work starts.
Review content category, audience markets, recent performance, and brand exclusions in the same profile. Shortlists stay tied to the brief, not to a screenshot.
The agreed deliverables, schedule, payment amount, revision window, and usage rights are recorded before a creator accepts the campaign.
Keep published links, delivery status, performance fields, and creator notes together so the final report explains what happened—not only the total views.
03 / Campaign control
Every campaign keeps its brief, participants, decisions, deliverables, payment status, and results in a single chronological record.

Both sides review the deliverables, payment amount, deadline, revision window, usage rights, and required disclosures.
Drafts, comments, approvals, and published links are kept against the relevant deliverable instead of a separate message thread.
The campaign record tracks payout status and collects the agreed performance fields after publication.
05 / Pricing
Creator access and brand workspaces are separated so each side sees the tools relevant to its role.
